HVD was recommended to me by another business in the industry and I'm happy I took their advice. I brought in my vehicle to have a bumper installed. The business manager, Dutch, was very friendly. He introduced himself with a handshake and a smile, quoted my job to take an hour or less, and introduced me to his dog. He then offered me a free cold drink from the vending machine and then gave me a tour of the whole shop. What I really appreciated was that the tour seemed to be a typical practice for the staff to guide all of its customers through. What a nice touch! The shop was very clean and well maintained. We got to hear the company's history, and also the cool story of the restoration projects they had there. I could tell the company and its staff took pride in the work and their mission. If only other businesses in all industries could implement these simple practices, it could really change the standard and the quality all around. The job was quoted to take an hour and was done early in only half the time! Before I left I got to shake hands with and exchange friendly dialogue with the owner, Tyler, as well. I look forward to bringing my car here from now for all maintenance and repairs, and will also refer anyone I know to them as well. I am impressed!

I recently had a great experience with Hardy Vehicle Design! I was searching for a reliable shop to work on my mother's vehicle, and Hardy Vehicle Design stood out because they actually answered their phone! The staff were very pleasant to work with, and they did an excellent job. What really impressed me was the owner - he took the time to come over, introduce himself, and say hello. It made us feel really comfortable and at ease. It's clear that they value their customers and strive to provide a personal touch. The folks at hardy went above and beyond. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I brought my 1997 BMW M3 to have an LTW wing installed. For one thing, Tyler was able to get the wing installed in just a few hours. Also, despite running into multiple challenges due to the poor quality of the wing that I supplied them, Tyler absolutely NAILED it, and made the wing look absolutely perfect. Not only that, but he diagnosed my check engine light as a courtesy. I want to also mention the Dutch was incredible as well. He was patient with me having to reschedule multiple times. He was extremely accommodating and treated me like a guest in their shop. Both Tyler and Dutch are honest mechanics and business owners. I couldn't be happier, and would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for body work, mechanic service, paint service, etc. They are truly a one stop shop and are down to earth people.

HvD is truly an excellent auto repair shop! The car I bought yesterday had a fault code light up for about 10 seconds today, so I went to HVD (where the mechanic is a friend of my friend) to ask him to check if there was anything wrong with the car. However, the mechanic wasn't there, so the business manager here took the initiative to help me, checking the vehicle and adding a small amount of coolant. I'm very grateful for this place!

I don't think there is a more straight forward and honest place to go for your repairs. Brought my car in after another mechanic gave me the run around. From the start every person in the shop was kind and reassuring. My car didn't have the best news but what do you expect when you wreck it. They worked directly with my insurance, let me see my car torn apart and explained what they found. I appreciated this instead of just explaining the damage like I would have known what they were talking about anyway. They made sure I got any thing I needed from the car and even walked me through filling a claim with my own insurance. Not only did they make it easy and quick but I was also offered a ride home when they found out I had to call an uber at 7 months pregnant. Over all the best experience. Really the whole team was just kind and sweet and I have referred every friend and relative here and would do the same for the public.

**2022** (First Encounter) Do not, and I repeat, DO NOT waste your time... going any where else! I cannot emphasize enough how highly I recommend Hardy Vehicle Designs for anyone in need of car detailing or repairs. The service I received from Hardy's was oustanding. I found myself in a side-swipe accident last November (2022), leaving the entire right side of my white SUV marked by a long dark streak from the incident. Additionally, there were suspension repairs required. Tyler and the team at Hardy's went above and beyond to restore my car to its original condition. The results were nothing short of remarkable - the car looked even better than it did when I first purchased it back in 2017. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality truly won me over. If you find yourself in need of automotive services, look no further. I wouldn't hesitate to come back to Hardy's for any future needs. Exceptional service all around!! **2024 Update** (Second Encounter) My wife was recently involved in a minor fender bender, and the other party was at fault. The process required that the other party's insurance take full responsibility, which turned out to be quite the headache. However, Hardy Designs assured us that they would handle EVERYTHING, and they certainly delivered. The passenger-side rear door of our car was damaged, but Hardy Designs restored it to as-new condition! Despite significant pushback from the other party's insurance about covering the full cost of repairs and even issues with covering our car rental, Hardy Designs guided us through the entire ordeal. Thanks to their diligent assistance, we didn't need to involve legal representatives, which we deeply appreciated. Once again, thank you, Hardy Designs, for a job well done!

I recommend Hardy Vehicle Designs. I have a Tesla I damaged in December of 2023. My first impression was great. Dutch offered to drive me back to my office instead of me taking an Uber. Things got off to a hot a start and communication was great. I got weekly updates. A couple hiccups along the way and the timeline wasn't perfect (due to Tesla and State Farm, not these guys) but they always stepped up to make it right. Strongly recommend these guys and will be using them for future needs. They did a beautiful job on my car.

We were left on our own after our insurance(progressive) decided to purposely find a loop hole to not cover a car accident(not even our fault). We called them and from the start they were like this happens a lot just have it towed here and we will take care of you. This was our daughters car and she had just graduated from ASU and we live in New York. This was all done by phone and text mind you! They took the time to do a complete estimate and go over all the details with us and stayed in constant communication. Seriously this kind of customer service is so rare. Can only go to certain shops, parts can take forever and insurance companies don't want to deal with a Tesla lol......so thankful I found Hardy Vehicle Designs (HVD)!!!! From day one of interaction they made me feel confident. Their shop is beautiful, they took their time to show me around, when I left my car I felt at ease. During the repair process they kept me updated, delt with the ever so difficult insurance company and Tesla Shop and kept me at ease. They went out of their way to help me! Once I picked my baby up (my car), it looked perfect!!! Beautiful work- my car looked brand new!!! Dutch made it as convenient as possible for me - dealing with the insurance claim, keeping me updated and even driving me to my rental car pickup - while Tyler did a great job fixing my car. You can tell they love what they do. My car was ready before the estimated repair time and it looked brand new. Also, Dutch and Tyler are fun to chat with and you can spot some rare cars in the showroom, too. BMW drivers, this is the place to go!!! Tyler is a BMW trained engineer. I had a great experience with HVD. They even went so far as to called my car by her name. My fiancee parked our trailer next to my car in our driveway and didn't think to secure it in any way, on an Arizona windy day the trailer rolled right into my car leaving a dent and a very deep sad face looking hole down to the metal. It took 5 days because well, you can't rush paint to dry. I personally wasn't a fan of waiting 5 days for my car to be fixed and asked if they would do another job in tandem to make me feel like I got something fun done to it, and they were very open to doing so. I got my car back in five days looking good as new with brand new headlights as well. I grew up working on vehicles in my dad's garage and while I don't have the skills required on my own, Dutch and Tyler make you feel like you've been friends for years and it's very easy to work with them/ feel comfortable leaving your car with them. I intend on using HVD for all of my vehicle need, and boy do I have a list.

My family and I were traveling from Southern CA for a baseball tournament for our son when the check engine light came on and our Suburban started shaking violently at higher speeds. We arrived in AZ on a Thursday evening, and all Chevy/GM dealers were booked till early the following week to get us in and diagnose the car. I scraped the front side of my Tesla Model 3 on the stucco at my house. The scratches were really deep. Having a Tesla and their most high end color, I needed a certified Tesla repair place. I got one exorbitant quote from another place (plus weeks before they could look at it in person) and with Hardy I got the estimate quickly and they confirmed it the next day in person. Within a couple days my car was in Monday morning and done by Wednesday afternoon! It looks brand new. I couldn't be happier. From estimate to completion was one week. Great communication.

He was honest and told me he wouldn't recommend me even spending the time on the car to get a PPI done, and then helped me do research for further steps. He could have easily took my money and done the job I asked him to do, but he was looking after my best interests, and did extra work on top of that. In the end, he didn't ask for a penny and was flexible as I worked with the seller of the car I wanted him to look at.
